Who We Are
Horace Lovett, originally from Savannah, Georgia, is a true southerner at heart. He learned how to cook watching his mother and grandmother in the kitchen. That's where he learned all that goes into southern cuisine. However, BBQ is something Horace picked up all on his own. Studying the different regions that specialize in BBQ, he has a complex style that combines the regions of BBQ that he enjoys the most. Mainly Georgia, South Carolina & Texas with a little bit of Memphis style sprinkled in there.
Our goal is to give customers what they want - Good BBQ! The kind of soul food that grandma cooked. More importantly, we want everyone to have an enjoyable experience eating some of best food in the world.
